Ai Kuai the Moving Anemone

Name:Ai Kuai Aninoqe 
Age:16 
Very Short 
Personality: Very very Shy, and tends to be quiet alot.
He really likes fish and has a dead fish friend called Omi. 

Powers:
Magnetic Force Field: When he gets afraid he starts to vibrate causing a Electicty to form around him, touching him stings your hand and putting your hand on him formore than 4 minutes can put you unconscious 
 ( Similar to a Tazer)

Back story: Profressor Von Scheemer Chemically changed Ai Kuai giving him the ability to temporarily breath out of the sea for exactly 7 hours. When the seven hours are up he starts to turn blue, and starts to spaz out. He has exactly 7 minutes to get back to water, or he basically dies, (Ai Kuai was basically plastered to the ground in the beginning) Ai Kuai spends most of his time finding a cure or way to lenghten his breathing time out of the water.  

Weaknesses: Leaving the water for more than 7 hours, turns him blue for 7 minutes. Those 7 minutes is how much time he has to get to the water. Once those 7 minutes are up he turns green which means death. 

Perks: Hes a Very good swimmer, He hasnt fully learned how to use his Shocker abilites, so he can accidentally use it without his knowledge.  When he sweats, it has a slimy feauture. When he takes the ring of,he has similar hair that Knuckles has.  He is very very short.  He likes really high boots for some reason.
